Yes, for access to the VIP Experience area all guests, regardless of age, must have a valid pass.
All ages are welcome to the Festival of Lakes general admission section.
To ensure the safety of all guests, the City of Hammond reserves the right to inspect persons, parcels or clothing capable of concealing or carrying prohibited items into the festival.
Festival of the Lakes provides a wide range of food and beverage choices for purchase inside the festival grounds. No outside items are allowed to be brought in, except one sealed plastic bottle of water per person.
Items found will likely be turned into our Guest Information booth.
Guests are welcome to bring cell phones and/or small point-and-shoot cameras (no detachable lenses) to take photos.
Music concerts are held rain or shine, but we are committed to making guest safety our top priority on inclement nights.
Umbrellas are prohibited at the festival. However, you may bring your own poncho or purchase a poncho at the Guest Information booth for $5.00 each.
Yes. ATM's are available at 3 locations:
- attached to select carnival ticket booths
- near the Guest Services Information Booth located near the Food Court
- near the Main Bar located in the General Admission Area
