Tickets are emailed immediately after your order is placed.

Depending on the type of order you placed, you can receive up to 3 separate emails:

1. Receipt email
2. Email with Ticket attached as a pdf
3. Email with Parking Pass attached as a pdf

If you have not received these emails, or maybe only received one of them, it is highly likely that your email provider is blocking email from our domain, or, marking the emails as spam/junk.

Please check your spam/junk folder for the missing emails. Emails are sent immediately after submitting your order. Emails are sent from webmaster@festivalofthelakes.com.

2. Download your tickets.
